Chibi is a birthday present for Jenny, a young and crazy resident of Sanderson's house. The girl's slight imbalance is manifested by the fact that she dresses in "frog clothes" and often giggles. Jenny's behaviour is caused by her parents' problems - mainly her father's lack of work.
