The main characters meet their equivalents from Left 4 Dead 2 in a small, agricultural town in Georgia, and the entire action is set between the events of the first and second campaign in Left 4 Dead 2.

In solo fun mode, the player has the opportunity to participate in a number of missions on both the Russian and German sides. The creators also took care of the possibility of playing in cooperation. The biggest advantage of the production, however, was the multiplayer mode for up to 64 participants.
