During the game the player cannot move freely, being tied to a single firing position. Eight types of enemies can be found in the game; they differ from each other in terms of speed, toughness, and tactic, and becoming increasingly stronger with each wave.

Things very quickly get out of control and the lab is closed due to the leak of a dangerous substance. The protagonist is a member of a special team, which has to neutralize the danger. He quickly learns that the threat is alien in origin and he has to face it alone.
