The game does not introduce a very refined plot; the players' characters, deprived of any memories, find themselves on the coast of a mysterious island, where it's everybody for themselves in the struggle for the royal throne. As in pretty much any survival game, the essential element of the gameplay is the need to obtain food, and the resources necessary to construct simple tools or, eventually, your own fort.
Warhammer: The End Times - Vermintide

The action takes place in and around Ubersreik – an almost completely destroyed city overrun by rat-men species called the Skaven. Players assemble a team of four daredevils with the objective of breaching through subsequent districts and taking them back from enemies.

The title is characterized by considerable freedom of action and the possibility of achieving a goal in multiple ways.
The Terminator: Future Shock

In the game we play the role of a hero freed by the resistance movement, who decides to join the fighting fighters and stop the criminal artificial intelligence of Skynet, which experiments with time. Technically, the game is a big step forward, offering a richly textured 3D environment and the ability to look around freely with the mouse.

The Unspoken was created by Insomniac Games, the creators of Sunset Overdrive, Fuse, and the Ratchet & Clank series, among other things. The Unspoken is set in a world that bears resemblance to the present with the only difference being that magic exists, and it's incredibly spectacular. The players assume the role of mages who fight each other in one on one fights organized by an ancient order.

Prospekt started as a fan-made modification that eventually, thanks to the help from Valve and the players' great interest in the game, became an independent commercial product . The story runs parallel to the events of Half-Life 2. When Gordon Freeman is in a need of assistance, his Vortigaunt allies decide to bring in a commando by the name of Adrian Shephard, a character known from Half-Life: Opposing Force.
