The story campaign in Rambo: The Video Game consists of a series of missions inspired by movies First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II and Rambo III. The player can fight soulless law enforcers in Hope city, free the captives held in Vietnamese jungle and help the Afghan guerillas.
Painkiller Hell & Damnation

The game was developed by the team at The Farm 51, founded by people involved in the creation of the original. The players assume the role of Daniel Garner who died in a car crash along with his wife. The protagonist is tasked with dealing with infernal hordes, which will allow him to redeem himself and join his beloved in the afterlife.
Kursk

A first-person perspective adventure game that combines elements of spy movies and horror. It is the first large game developed by the Polish studio Jujubee known mostly for its futuristic racing series Flashout. The story of the game focuses on the mysterious disaster of the Russian submarine K-141 Kursk which sank during the summer of 2000 on the Barents Sea. It was never determined what caused the incident.

The plot of Deep Descent takes place in a world in which due to the pollution of the surface the humanity was forced to move its civilization under water. However, many dangers awaited there, including mutated sea creatures and hostile human factions.

Twin Soul is set in Russia, not long after the dissolution of the USSR. The players assume the roles of souls of dead people trapped in the purgatory, trying to find their way to the afterlife.
Ion Fury

Developed by Voidpoint and published by 3D Realms, Ion Maiden is a sci-fi FPS game. The player is taken to the future and assumes the role of a female mercenary known as Bombshell - her goal is to save humanity from an invasion of aliens. Although the game utilizes the Build engine from Duke Nukem 3D, the creators modernized it to a significant degree. Mechanics were also improved - the formula of said classic title laid the groundwork, though it got adequately expanded.
