In the game, we control one of the dozen or so cartoonish characters available and take part in crazy races that take place in many various locations, such as jungle, sunny beach, dust-filled canyon, or wacky town. Driving model used in The Karters is far from being realistic. Instead, it focuses on pure fun and arcade controls.

The tracks are full of imaginative traps and exploring them plays an important role, as well.
