He also meets different characters who are, just like him, trapped in this dreadful dimension.

The non-linear plot leads to one of eleven endings, depending on the player’s in-game choices.

The action takes place in a cyberpunk world featuring fantasy elements.

In Yomawari: Night Alone you play as a little girl, who embarks on a search for her missing sister and dog, on her own, after dark. It quickly turns out that the town streets are full of wraiths, from which the girl has to hide. To survive, you have to sneak past the ghosts, divert their attention, and try to outsmart them.

Players don’t control the painter himself, but his daughter – she learns that after the death of her father, the house now belongs to her.
