The player assumes the role of a journalist who is hired to record an assault of Special Forces on a mental hospital where terrifying experiments take place. He reaches the destination late and finds the mutilated bodies of the soldiers and the corridors filled with mutants who used to be humans.

The fight is distinguished by the use of billiard/pinball mechanics, and attacking the enemy consists in firing monsters in such a way that they also collide with the walls and allied monsters before the attack of the enemy, generating a number of additional bonuses.

We play the part of a young person who wants to become a pop star, and although the road to this goal is anything but nice and simple, during the game we can count on the support of Katy Perry herself. One of the most important features of gameplay is taking care of our character's appearance, dressing him or her up in costumes acquired in the course of the game.

The setting is retrofuturistic – the creators have drawn inspirations from the 1980s’ vision of the future.
