Zenless Zone Zero is a new game published by Cognosphere Pte., Ltd. It is a global publishing subsidiary of HoYoverse, a company known for Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail. Both games are extremally successful, so no wonder that many players are waiting for this title and would like to see it on their platform. The game will be released on Epic, PS5, Android and iOS. So, let’s talk about Xbox and Steam release.

Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) – Steam and Xbox Release Explained

Xbox and Steam can be mentioned in this case in one breath, as both are in the similar situation. It seems that HoYoverse games (Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail) are avoiding these platforms for some reason. It would be naive to think that neither of the sides at some point thought about the deal, but as we can see nothing official has ever happened. It seems that Zenless Zone Zero will not be released on Microsoft’s console and Valve’s shop, too, as the official site does not list them.

Of course, there is a chance that this title will be released on Steam and Xbox in the future, however it will not happen anytime soon. For now, gacha RPGs on PC tend to appear on Epic, while in the case of consoles, PlayStation is the device you want to have.

Zenless Zone Zero will be released on 4th July 2024. In this title we will visit a postapocalyptic metropolis, where Ether gained from monsters is the most precious resource.
