Xbox Series X/S Interface Officially Revealed

Microsoft has released an extensive video showing the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S console interface.

We are only two weeks away from the launch of the Xbox Series X/S. Microsoft decided that it is high time to show how the interface of these consoles will look like.

The company showed, among others, the start screen, menu and dynamic backgrounds. Gears 5 was also demonstrated. This game has been available on XONE and PC for over a year now, but the next-gen release is still expected to look impressive thanks to 4K resolution and smoother gameplay at 120 fps. In addition, the game will use textures from the PC edition (used in ultra-high settings).

In the video we can also see the quick resume system, which enables us to switch between several games in a flash and resume the game at the same time as we left it, for example in the middle of a race in DiRT 5.

The example of Subnautica also shows the Auto HDR feature that adds this effect to games that don't support it natively. This option will work even in old productions from Xbox 360. The material also discusses the new controller, including the addition of the Share button, which enables us to easily create screenshots and game recordings. In the mobile Xbox app we will receive notifications about our videos and images, which will make it easier to share them on social media. In addition, the app will enable us to issue a command to download games to the console.

Xbox Series X/S will debut on November 10, this year.
