We have learned, which games will leave the Game Pass subscription service offer on February 28. Subscribers will lose access to the following productions:

Games that will leave Xbox Game Pass on February 28, 2023.

  1. Alien Isolation (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)
  2. Crown Trick (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, cloud)
  3. Dragon Ball FighterZ (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, cloud)
  4. FAR: Changing Tides (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, cloud)
  5. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)
  6. Madden NFL 21 (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)
  7. Octopath Traveler (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)

As you can see, the losses in the Game Pass library will be painful this time around. Alien Isolation is a masterpiece of the survival horror genre, while Dragon Ball FighterZ remains the best fighting game based on this license.

In contrast Octopath Traveler is a great jRPG that popularized the now-popular HD-2D mode, and the loss of the game hurts all the more because next week will see the debut of its sequel, so it was good to have the first part in Game Pass so you can catch up with it before buying the follow up.

It is worth mentioning that the above games are not the only Game Pass losses this month. Today six other games will disappear from the service's offer: Besiege, CrossfireX, Infernax, Recompile, Skul: The Hero Slayer and The Last Kids on Earth and the Staff of Doom.

Of course, February's Game Pass won't just be about losses. This month, several games have already been added to the service's offer: Madden NFL 23, SD Gundam Battle Alliance, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord and Cities: Skylines - Remastered, and in just a few hours they will be joined by Shadow Warrior 3. In turn, on February 21, subscribers will be able to play Atomic Heart.
