WoW Dragonflight With Major Crafting Improvements

We've learned details about the big improvements to the crafting system that Blizzard studio is preparing for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.

Blizzard Entertainment studio has revealed improvements to the crafting system offered by World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.

  1. With the expansion, we will be able to place crafting orders for other players using an auction house-like system.
  2. For each order, we will choose whether it can be completed by any person, people from the selected guild or a specific player.
  3. We will get a lot of freedom in creating each order, as well as the option to supply materials to get special effects. We will also set the price we are willing to pay for everything. The person who completes the task will receive most of this amount, but the Artisan’s Consortium, which organizes the whole system, will also get its share.
  4. On top of that, there will be specializations for characters, allowing them to focus on crafting and gathering raw materials.
  5. In addition to the main crafting skill, there will be additional statistics related to the creation of items, affecting, for example, the pace of work or the amount of resources consumed in the process.
  6. Crafting quality (five or three levels, depending on the type of object), separate from the item rarity system, will be a new mechanic. Creating low-quality items will be cheaper, but focusing on higher quality will provide additional useful bonuses.

Recall that Dragonflight is the ninth expansion to World of Warcraft. The expansion will be released this year. Gamers can already pre-order - the price of the Standard Edition is EUR 49.99, the Heroic Edition is EUR 69.99, and the Epic Edition is EUR 89.99.

  1. Simple add-on for WoW makes life a lot easier.
