World of Warcraft Classic Goes Live Today

In a few hours World of Warcraft Classic will launch. The developers informed that in comparison to the trial version, the number of characters available per on one account will be significantly increased.

World of Warcraft Classic will launch at 3 pm PDT.

We are only hours away from the launch of World of Warcraft Classic, a special version of the popular MMORPG, which recreates the character of the original WoW - before it was changed by expansions and countless updates. The game will be available a minute after 3 pm PDT. 26. Pre-load has already started on Battle.net.

Blizzard Entertainment also announced that it will remove the limit of up to three World of Warcraft Classic characters per account. At the start of the game we will be able to have ten heroes in one realm and fifty in our account.

The project is very popular. That's why last week the devs warned fans that the most popular servers (PvP Herod and Shazzrah) can end up having queues of up to 10,000 people. Therefore, the devs ask players to consider the option of starting the game on two new servers, launched specifically for this occasion. In addition, Blizzard has announced that in one of the first updates they will severely limit the possibilities available for unofficial add-ons such as ClassicFLG, as their options are not consistent with the vision of the old-school version of the game.

World of Warcraft Classic will be available as part of the standard subscription. For the time being, the devs have focused solely on recreating the original WoW. However, thay are considering introducing content from the first add-on, Burning Crusade, in the future. However, whether this happens will depend on the opinions of the players.
