Witchers Coming to Gwent for Free in New Expansion
CD Projekt RED has revealed another free expansion for Gwint: The Witcher Card Game. This time we will receive heroes associated with witcher schools.
The Witcher series will not receive its second season for a long time, but in the meantime we will see the witcher (or rather witchers) return in another form. CD Projekt RED has announced a new free expansion to the Gwent: The Witcher Card Game named Way of the Witcher. The announcement is accompanied by a trailerpublished by the devs.
The add-on will be released on December 8 and by that time it will be possible to buy pre-order sets. The expansion will introduce 70 new cards (10 for each faction plus 10 neutral) to the game, which are to be associated with six witcher schools. We will also receive a new keyword. The adrenaline will be activated when no more than a certain number of cards remain on the board. You can already see some of the new cards on the game's official website and the trailer above. More about Gwent: Way of the Witcher will be revealed in the weeks before the release of the add-on.
