Total War: Warhammer Beastmen campaign featured in a new gameplay video

The upcoming expansion for Total War: Warhammer features the new Beastmen faction and mini-campaign, which are showed off in a new gameplay video along with dev's commentary.

The release of Call of the Beastmen – the first race pack for Total War: Warhammer – is closing in, and Creative Assembly shared a commentary gameplay video featuring the new Beastmen mini-campaign. This one will be set on a new map divided into 52 regions occupied by warring Beastmen tribes as well as the Greenskins and the Empire of Man. An Eye for an Eye campaign will offer two optional starting positions, depending on which Legendary Lord you choose: Malagor the Dark Omen or Khazrak The One Eye.

The video below explains some new gameplay mechanics related to the Beastmen faction. These include: resilience to infighting, Bestial Rage rating, The Dark Moon rituals, new stances and tech tree, guerilla tactics, unique post-battle options, and more:

Total War: Warhammer - Call Of The Beastmen Campaign Pack is slated for release on July 28, 2016. You can pre-order the expansion on Steam for a price currently reduced by 10%, that is $17.09. This Thursday, Creative Assembly is going to post another gameplay footage featuring a proper battle of Beastmen forces.
