The Witcher 3: Game of the Year Edition has just received an official trailer, which reveals the exact release date.
With Geralt’s story now complete, the upcoming release of The Witcher 3: Game of the Year Edition will be a fine icing on CD Projekt RED’s efforts to deliver one of the best RPG experiences in gaming history. This complete version is going to include the original game with all the mechanics and interface updates it has received since the May 2015 release as well as all free DLCs and two major expansions: Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. According to the latest trailer, posted below, the GOTY edition is due out on August 30, 2016 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt offers more than hundred hours of gameplay in an open fantasy world full of deadly dangers and moral ambiguity. You play as a legendary monster slayer, Geralt of Rivia, who pursues the welfare of his closest ones and ends up standing on the way of the biggest threat his world ever had to face, the eponymous Wild Hunt. Apart from that core story and the multitude of side quests and optional activities, players can delve into two additional adventures featured in the game’s big expansions.
