The Sims 4 Gets a Music Festival With Songs in Simlish
A new event, Sims Sessions, is about to begin in The Sims 4 - this live music festival will feature Bebe Rexha, among others. The artists will sing in Simlish, the Sims language invented for the game.
Electronic Arts, publisher of The Sims, announced that at the end of June The Sims 4 will feature a live music festival. The event is called Sims Sessions and will feature Glass Animals, Bebe Rexha and Joy Oladokun. But that's not all - the artists will be singing... in Simlish, the Sims' incomprehensible and slightly gibberish way of communication. The event will begin on June 29 at 10 AM PT and will last until July 8.
Creators guarantee other attractions - we will be able to buy various items related to the artists, or run our own booth with gadgets. We'll also have access to tents for Sims to relax after concerts, as well as a stage to cheer on singing artists. And when they leave the stage, we'll get the chance to take their place and shock the audience with our Sim's musical talent.
To participate in the event, we must own the base version of The Sims 4 on one of the three platforms: PC, Xbox One or PlayStation 4.
This is not the first such event in the gaming world - there have already been a few concerts in Fortnite, featuring such artists as Travis Scott or Marshmello. What do you think - is it worth waiting for artists' performances in cvideo games, or is it a waste of time?
