The Last of Us 2 Wins GOTY at Golden Joystick Awards 2020
We got to know the winners in this year's Golden Joystick Awards. The biggest winner was Naughty Dog's The Last of Us 2, which received a record six statuettes, including the most important one.
Golden Joystick Awards 2020 has officially come to an end, therefore the winners of the 38th edition of the event organized by the editors of GamesRadar were announced. The biggest winner of this year's gala was the PS4 exclusive The Last of Us 2. Naughty Dog triumphed in as many as six categories, including Studio of the Year, PlayStation Game of the Year and Best Storytelling. Above all, The Last of Us 2 was hailed as Ultimate Game of the Year.
Also the independent studio Supergiant Games has reasons to be satisfied, whose roguelike Hades won two statuettes, as have creators of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout (also with two awards) .Minecraft did just as well, winning the same prize year after year (Still Playing).
