The Guerrilla Collective Won't Take Place This Weekend
Media Indie Exchange (or The MIX for short) and Kinda Funny Games have decided to postpone the Guerrilla Collective event from this weekend to June 13-15. Thus, the event shared the fate of PC Gaming Show and Future Games Show among others.
Something we all expected has just happened. On the official website and twitter account of the Guerrilla Collective event, which was to take place this weekend, there was an announcement that due to the current situation in the U.S. the event is moved to June 13-15. Broadcasting hours will remain unchanged - all will start at 10 AM PT.
Thus, the event organized by The MIX and Kinda Funny Games shared the fate of the PC Gaming Show, Future Games Show, IGN Summer of Gaming, Night City Wire (intended as a new presentation of Cyberpunk 2077) and PS5 The Future of Gaming, a game show for Sony's upcoming console.
We would like to remind that Guerrilla Collective will be an event focused mainly on independent games. During the three days, we will see such companies as 11 bit studios (Frostpunk, This War of Mine), Funcom (Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, Conan Exiles), Larian Studios (Baldur's Gate III, Divinity: Original Sin II), Rebellion (Sniper Elite 4, Zombie Army 4: Dead War) or ZA/UM (Disco Elysium). We will be able to see trailers and demos from their upcoming games, listen to interviews with creators etc. The whole thing will be hosted by Greg Miller, co-founder of Kinda Funny.
