Rockstar Games announced The Diamond Casino Heist - a new heist in GTA Online, the online mode of GTA V. We will be able to rob the title casino in a very complex scenario, which will offer many different ways to reach the goal. The new feature will debut on December 12.
Rockstar Games has announced another heist in GTA Online, the online mode for Grand Theft Auto V, which will be made available as a free update. It will be called The Diamond Casino Heist. As the title indicates (and as suggested by earlier reports), we will be able to rob the title casino, which appeared in the game in July this year. The new feature will be available on the game servers on December 12.
The Diamond Casino Heist will be a very complex robbery that will offer players several ways to reach their targets. The creators themselves call it "the largest, most bold and complex criminal operation in the history of Los Santos". Below are a few sentences from the official announcement.
"Something’s up at The Diamond Casino & Resort. Patrons have reported seeing unusual security patrols on the casino floor. Penthouse owners are receiving cryptic text messages from the Cheng Family Holdings. Insiders have spotted unfamiliar blueprints on Agatha Baker’s desk, and visitors to their website are certain the intrusions there can only mean one thing: there’s a crew getting ready to take the whole thing down.
Infiltrating the most extravagant entertainment and luxury living complex in the entire state won’t be easy, and careful and comprehensive preparation will be rewarded to reach one hitherto unattainable goal: breach the vault at The Diamond, grab the goods and exact revenge on the Duggan family," reads the description.
The fun begins with a mission for the Cheng family, in order to weasel our way into their good graces. During the game we will make numerous choices that will allow us to change the strategy or open up new opportunities. The creators announced that we will be able to execute the heist several times, each time receiving a slightly different experience. Players will also have access to the arcade, a place that will serve as a cover for the hiding place where the operation is planned. There we will be able to practice a number of skills that can be crucial to the task - such as hacking access panels or cracking vault door.
