Telltale’s Batman due this summer followed by The Walking Dead - Season Three in fall

Telltale Games revealed approximate release dates for two of their upcoming games: Batman: A Telltale Series will come out this summer and The Walking Dead – Season Three – this fall.

Head of Creative Communications at Telltale Games, Job J. Sauffer, shared two interesting pieces of information on Twitter. The first one concerns Batman: A Telltale Series: it is coming out this summer. No specific release date was given though, but hey, summer’s right around the corner. The game will be a mature look at Bruce Wayne’s life as Batman at night and an entrepreneur during the day. In both realities, he will have to make important decisions that will have a strong impact on the story. As usually with Telltale, the game will feature comic book art style, inspired by graphic novels by Jim Lee, Greg Capullo and Neal Adams. At the same time the visuals are suppsoed to be significantly better than in previous games of this developer.

The other news is that The Walking Dead - Season Three is due this fall. Similarly as with Batman: A Telltale Series, no exact date is known. The next season of the fan-favorite story is promised to be set closer to the most recent comic books by Robert Kirkman. We will also find out what Clementine has been up to, although most likely she will not be the game’s protagonist.

There are reasons to believe we are going to see more of the games at the next week’s E3. Perhaps this will be when Telltale reveals the first visual materials from Batman: A Telltale Series.
