If you got hooked on Supervive's idea, yet console are more up your alley, let's explore the possibility of PS5, Xbox, and Switch ports happening for this game.
As many popular multiplayer genres like MOBA, Battle Royale, or Hero Shooters, have been saturated and dominated by games like League of Legends, Fortnite, or Overwatch 2, it is hard to squeeze into that market. Theorycraft Games, however, went for it and mixed all three of those blueprints to create a successful Early Access, yet free-to-play, production – Supervive. This title has gained a lot of traction and positive reviews on Steam, but what about those of us who would rather play this game on their consoles like PS5, Xbox, or even Nintendo Switch? The answer shouldn’t be surprising to anyone, yet let’s try to dive into a bit more detail.

Supervive has some distinct and concise heroes (in contrast to, already dead, Concord), like Shrike or Brall, but each hunter is unique and has their place on a tier list. Many players would like to test them with controllers in their hands on consoles. Of course, the most popular ones are PS5, Xbox and Switch. What about them? Will we eventually see this title on those devices?
Currently there are no plans for such ports, at least that’s what we can deduce from the roadmap that Theorycraft Games have shared. However, it does not mean that it will never happen. Some hints can be found on Supervive’s official discord server, where we can read in one of the messages sent by studio’s representative, that it is not off the table.
As cliché as it may sound, it is a very logical answer, that shows reason and consideration in how they manage their resources. The explanation is that if the production does well on PC, further ports to consoles, and even mobile systems like Android or iOS, are something that the devs would like to have, eventually.
If you are one of the players who would like to enjoy Supervive on different platforms, the best thing to do right now is go to the aforementioned discord server and give this idea more visibility to the creators. Also, sharing constructive and helpful feedback about the game itself is a viable strategy. It will help the developers create even more polished product, that will gain popularity and audience, thus improving chances of the port happening faster. Good luck!
