SUPERHOT Card Game in the works by the creators of Agent Decker

The intriguing first-person shooter SUPERHOT is going to be adapted into a table top game. SUPERHOT Card Game is being designed by the creators of Agent Decker.

Earlier this year we saw the release of SUPERHOT, an intriguing indie first-person shooter in which time moves only when you move. Now, the creators of that title announced that it is going to receive a tabletop adaptation: SUPERHOT Card Game. This one will be designed by Manuel Correia, the author of the award-winning Agent Decker and this year’s Multiuniversum, in collarboation with Poland-based Board and Dice. SUPERHOT Card Game will see a Kickstarter campaign in winter 2016.

Will SUPERHOT Card Game be as engaging as it’s video game original?

The rules in SUPERHOT Card Game will be based on the aforementioned Agent Decker. The game will consist almost entirely of cards, which will stand for actions. Once you play a card (i.e. perform an action), it’s time for opponents and bullets to move. Graczpospolita.pl also found out that the game will have a unique Single&Multiplayer system, but the creators didn’t want to share any more details on that. We only know that you will be able to play solo, in cooperation with another player, or in PvP. We’ll probably learn more when the Kickstarter campaign starts later this year.
