While celebrating Skyrim's tenth anniversary, Bethesda unveiled new concept arts for Starfield.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. During the concert celebrating the 10th anniversary of of Skyrim, Bethesda showed new concept arts for Starfield;
  2. They present a variety of landscapes that will appear in the game.

Bethesda Softworks has been busy in recent days celebrating the round release anniversary of TES V: Skyrim, the game described by many as the best RPG of recent years. On this occasion the devs released a special, so-called Anniversary Edition, but that's not all. Bethesda's YouTube channel also published a concert of a symphonic orchestra intertwined with the developers' reminiscences. Finally, there's a little something for fans of the upcoming Starfield. Accompanied by the London Symphony Orchestra, animated concept arts from the upcoming game was presented.

You can see them in the video below (the presentation starts around 52:30). It's very possible that when combined with the sounds of the "Starfield Suite" piece they'll touch the heart of any sci-fi (or movie music) fan.

The images shown by the creators are varied and present a wide range of landscapes that we will probably have to visit during the adventure - from futuristic urban areas through boundless panoramas to dangerous wilderness, where flora and fauna are just waiting to end the lives of unaware travelers.

You can see some of the presented artworks below:

It'll be a while before we can find out how these graphics compare to the actual game. At this moment we know a quite lot about the newest child of Todd Howard and company. Recently we learned that Starfield will offer full support for mods. We also learned some details about the plot and game world.

The release of Starfield is announced for November 11, 2022. The game will launch on PC and Xbox Series X|S.
