Star Citizen Gains Ship Rental and Cave Exploration
There's a new trailer on the web, showing the latest new features in Star Citizen. Patch 3.7 introduces ship rental and the ability explore caves on foot and extract their resources. Of course, that's not all.
All Star Citizen supporters can now play the latest alpha version of the title. Empire Cloud has released the 3.7 update, which adds many new features to the game and, of course, fixes the bugs of the used-to-be-new features. Naturally, the team couldn't do without a new trailer, which would describe the new content prepared for the players. You can watch it below.
The new patch updates the character personalization and changes the use of endurance. From now on we will be able to sprint longer and regenerate faster. The artificial intelligence of combat vessels has also been improved (more dynamic target selection). These are, of course, just improvements and minor changes in the mechanics. A real novelty are the ship rental and caves, which can be visited and exploited on foot. It works in a simple way: you scan a planet from the ship and then go to a cave with mining tools to collect valuable raw materials.
From now on, we can also share missions with our friends. Common goal and half of profit is an interesting idea. In addition, there is an improved chat interface and a new Star Marine map. All the new features available in Star Citizen can be found here. The game remains in early access since June 2014.
