STALKER 2 Expects New Trailer Later Today
Today will see the release of the long-awaited gameplay trailer for STALKER 2. It is possible that we will finally learn the game's exact release date.
More than a year and a half has passed since the release of the first gameplay trailer for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of the Chornobyl, but the long-awaited moment has finally arrived - today GSC Game World will release the second trailer with gameplay fragments. Perhaps we will learn a detailed outline of the plot and the planned release date.
STALKER 2 in new trailer
The latest gameplay trailer from STALKER 2 will be available to watch on Youtube. Invariably, as in the past (trailer #1 and gameplay trailer #1), the latest trailer will be published first on the IGN channel. Interestingly, unlike previous gameplay footage, today's trailer will have a title ("Come to me"). It cannot be ruled out that the developers will present fragments of the story or even launch a series of trailers telling the plot of the Zone (the game's location). The premiere release of the trailer is scheduled for today at 11 am PT.
The description of the video on YT, depicts the game as a production with a huge open world and a non-linear storyline. This would agree with April's data leak, according to which, every item (even a stove or a TV) is supposed to tell a story, e.g. depict the previous actions of looters with a given object. Along with great attention to the smallest details, thanks to the use of Unreal Engine 5, the latest game from GSC Game World can present high quality combined with great scope.
The title is scheduled for release in 2023 (the exact date is unknown, perhaps we will learn it today) for PC and Xbox Series S/X consoles. The game will debut only with English and Ukrainian dubbing (although this may change in the future). The title on the day of release will also be available through Game Pass subscription.
