HK MP5
At the very beginning of the game, players will not have many opportunities to get the most powerful weapons. However, there is one weapon that can be acquired quite quickly, and that is the HK MP5. It is submachine gun, which is ideal for fighting at close and medium range. It has a fast reload, and it is also the weapon with the highest rate of fire in the game.
AS VAL
What makes this weapon one of the best for not only PvP but also PvE mode is that the AS VAL has much better armor penetration than other weapons. The only downside is that this assault rifle can be acquired only later in the game.
SVD
It is a weapon ideal for fighting at long ranges. SVD is a sniper rifle. It deals as much as 85 damage per hit. This means that two accurate shots can kill an opponent (if they do not have good armor), who may not even know where the shot was fired from. VAL vs. 7.62 meta

It's also worth mentioning that a patch rebalancing some weapons is expected to appear soon, so the meta may change completely. Nevertheless, for the moment weapons using 7.62 ammunition as well as the AS VAL rifle work great in the current meta and are worth using until this changes.
