Squad—a first-person shooter by the independent developer Offworld Industries and a sequel to Project Reality, one of the most popular mods for Battlefield 2—has received Unreal Engine 4-powered modding tools called Squad Development Kit. This editor lets players make various kinds of modifications to the upcoming Squad, which is currently available in Steam Early Access. To obtain the modding kit, you have to get Epic Games Launcher first. To do it, head to Unreal Engine’s official website and click the “GET UNREAL” button. Then, having installed it, you can download editors for Squad as well as ARK and Unreal Tournament.
Unreal Engine 4 is the latest version of the Unreal Engine technology that has powered numerous AAA titles since its original release in 1998 with the launch of Unreal, a first-person shooter by Epic Games.
