Specialized Industry in Cities Skylines 2
Specialized industry is a special zone where you can extract and produce natural resources. To make it work, you have to build a structure on the proper deposits. When you choose the specialized industry you want to build, the game will show you the available places. The exceptions are Livestock Farming and Stone Mining, which you can place anywhere.

When you decide to build Specialized Industry, you must do two things:
- First, you should place a central building. This construction must be connected to the road.
- Next, you must choose the size of the zone. However, the area must not be too big and must fit within the specified circle around the building.
Specialized Industry Bug in Cities Skylines 2
There is a bug in Cities Skylines 2 that causes Specialized Industry to be unable to access the road. To solve the issue you have to bulldoze the building and place it again.
