Space Prison is an Upcoming Tactical Survival Game in Space
Wooden Alien is working on Space Prison, a tactical survival game set in a space prison.
Polish studio Wooden Alien has released the first teaser of its debut project, a survival tactical game Space Prison.
- The game is headed for PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
- The PC release will be sold on Steam.
- For now, the developers are not ready to provide a specific release date.
Space prison for degenerates
The game's action will take place aboard the eponymous high-security space prison, managed by AI. Players will control one of the prisoners, who will try to escape from this place.
During the game, we will develop relationships with other characters and gangs, slowly climbing the prison's social ladder. There will be many playable convicts to choose from and each is expected to have different skills, weapons and equipment, all of which can be upgraded.
Combat is to be played in a turn-based system. An important role will be played by gathering resources and using them in the crafting system, which will allow for, among other things, creating new items and improving our cell.
Wooden Alien, the team responsible for the game, is a Krakow-based development studio. They were founded by veterans of the Polish game industry, who previously worked on such projects as The Witcher 3 or Dying Light 2.
