Sony, Nintendo, Square Enix – Who's Coming to PAX East 2020
The organizers of PAX East 2020 informed, which publishers and dev teams will appear on the fair. Beyond that, the show will feature a ton of other attractions and interesting presentations.
The organizers of PAX East 2020 informed which companies will appear at the event. The list of participants includes large publishers such as Sony, Nintendo, Square-Enix or Private Division (Take-Two Interactive's publishing brand). Apart from them, the fair will also be attended by a number of renowned developer teams. There will be artists from Larian Studios (responsible for Divinity: Original Sin II, and currently working on the third part of the legendary Baldur's Gate series) and PlatinumGames (Nier: Automata, the Bayonetta series, Astral Chain). We will also see a presentation by John Baez - co-founder of The Behemoth (known for example from Castle Crashers).
Fans of less known and/or independent productions may be interested in presentations by Devolver Digital, Finji or tinyBuild. There will be a place for talented debutants and a show of the best titles as part of PAX East India Showcase. What is important is that many productions will be playable, in the so-called Indie Megabooth. There will also be the new proposal from the creators of The Guild 3, titled MisBits - a very promising mix of multiplayer sandbox with arena shooter and the option to build our own levels. The creators, Pow Wow Entertainment and Purple Lamp Studios, announced that up to 48 players will be able to play in a variety of game modes, including a Rocket-League-like football mode.
Another organization to appear on the event will be Games Done Quick, bringing a group of speedrunners to the fair - the audien will be given a chance to watch live, how quickly and creatively can one complete some of the best-known productions (it is worth noting that the income from the events organized by this group goes to various charity organizations).
However, the biggest attraction of the event may turn out to be the performance of the comedians from Team Coco. They will present an interactive program titled SuperBoss, featuring Aaron Bleyaert and Jay Larson, among others.
We would like to remind that the event will take place in Boston (Boston Convention Center) from 02.27-03.01. Tickets can be purchased at this address (their number is limited).
