Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 – free season pass for preorder owners
CI Games has announced that Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3’s season pass will be available to all PC and PlayStation 4 users who will preorder the game. The season pass includes two single-players scenarios, maps, weapons and more.
Polish studio CI Games wants to reward the most dedicated fans of the Sniper series. The season pass for Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 will be available for free to owners of both PC and PlayStation 4 who decide to preorder the game – either in physical form or via digital distribution. Users of Xbox One will only be able to enjoy some of the DLCs, and – presumably – will have to pay for the remaining ones.
According to the developer, the season pass is worth around USD 29.99, and all DLCs will be released before the end of 2017. The main feature of the season pass will be a big, single-player campaign entitled The Sabotage. It will allow the players to see the events depicted in the game from the perspective of separatists, who are the antagonists in the core game. Beyond that, fans will also receive additional multiplayer maps, two new weapons and an off-road car.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 – season pass for PC & PlayStation 4:
1. Two single-player campaigns – The Escape of Lydia and The Sabotage;
2. Two additional multiplayer maps;
3. New, off-road vehicle;
4. Two new weapons – McMillan TAC-338A marksman rifle and a composite bow.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is slated for release on April 4, coming for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. PC-exclusive – and otherwise open – beta tests of the game will commence this Friday, February 3. The beta will consist of two missions: Cut Off – infiltration of a separatists’ base; and Blackout – neutralization of a war criminal, Ivan Krustchev. Those of you who don’t want to go in blindly into Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3, may still sign up for the beta tests on the official site (here).
