Turn Skyrim into an RTS
RTS for Skyrim enables the players to build structures, buildings such as houses and forges, decorate and furnish them, and ultimately create their own village. It is important to note that building is not free, as you must pay with gold or wood to build structures. You can recruit inhabitants to such a settlement and then assign them tasks. Some of them can join the guards and help in repelling enemy attacks. This is very useful, because the player's settlement is attacked both by bandits and wild animals..

From the description it follows that RTS for Skyrim will work very well in the company of another modification called Flat Island, which adds a large, flat area to the game - just right for building your own settlement.
