  1. The source of this information is the Brazilian video game rating agency.
  2. In its database Skull and Bones has ratings only for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC and Google Stadia versions.
  3. The age rating was awarded on June 14, this year. This suggests that the release is near.

Skull and Bones was announced in 2017. Back then, among the target platforms listed by the publisher, there were only PCs, as well as PS4 and XONE consoles, and the release was planned for fall 2018.

The game's development cycle proved to be extremely bumpy. The project was constantly delayed, and its production rebooted several times. During the long years of work, there were also considerable reshuffling in the development team.

Despite all these problems now more and more indicates that the work on Skull and Bones is finally coming to an end. In May the game was rated by the Korean rating agency. The fact that the project began receiving age categories from various organizations strongly suggests that the work is nearing completion.

In April, an extensive gameplay was leaked online, but unfortunately Ubisoft made sure that all mirrors of this material disappeared.
