The game has been quite a commercial success. The devs boasted that during the first day sales of Sea of Stars exceeded 100 thousand copies. This is an impressive result for a small indie game, and judging by the enthusiastic reaction of the developers, the game exceeded their expectations.

Sea of Stars, an RPG and a prequel to the successful platformer The Messenger from 2018, has launched.

  1. The game was released simultaneously on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo SwitchXbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
  2. The PC release can be purchased on Steam at a 10% discount to celebrate the release, and will increase to full price on September 4.
  3. The console versions, on the other hand, are available on PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and in Nintendo eShop for $34.99.
