Rocky Balboa starring in Real Boxing 2
Studio behind Real Boxing gained access to the entire Rocky license, and as a result the famous character will appear in Real Boxing 2. At this moment we don't know if the licence also covers a standalone Rocky game.
Rocky Balboa will make an appearance in Real Boxing 2, the next game from Vivid Games, a Polish studio behind the successful Real Boxing and Godfire: Rise of Prometheus. The developer struck a deal with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer for the use of the famous license that includes all six original Rocky films, as well as the upcoming Creed. In this last production Sylvester Stallone returns as the former World Heavyweight Champion to train a new boxing star. Real Boxing 2 is coming later in 2015 to iOS and Android devices.
We don't know if the licence also covers standalone Rocky game developed in the future.
