Railway Empire 2 - How to Fix Waiting for Deployment Alert
During your adventure in Railway Empire 2 you may see a „waiting for deployment” message. In this guide you will learn what it means.
Railway Empire 2 is a continuation of the economic strategy game series, in which you create your own railroad empire. Creating a smoothly functioning transportation network requires proper planning. In this guide you will learn what to do when the "waiting for deployment" message appears.
Before a train can depart, it must be loaded. This takes a certain amount of time. Therefore, the track from which the train departs must be free for some period. If another train is approaching this station and is scheduled to stop on the same platform, the message "waiting for deployment" will appear. The game signals it by an orange triangle icon placed above the station.
The situation when a train waits at the station is quite troublesome. However, it can be easily solved.
- You can simply wait until another train passes through the station. When the track are free, it will start loading.
- A more effective option, however, is to add another platform and cross turnouts that enables you to change tracks while the train is running. In this way, several trains will be able to stop at a station at the same time.
- Simply adding a platform will not necessarily solve the issue. This is because trains can still choose to go to exactly the same track. Therefore, you must manually indicate to them where they should stop. To do this, open the line tab, select the one you want to change, and then into the "edit line" option. You will then see a list of stations in the upper left corner - hover over the one you want and click on the pen icon. This will open a panel that enables you to assign trains from a given line to a specific track..
