QuakeCon 2020 Canceled
For the sake of participants' health, this year's edition of QuakeCon, an event dedicated to games from id Software, has been canceled. However, Bethesda Softworks announces that the event will return next year.

Bethesda Softworks informed that this year's edition of QuakeCon, an event dedicated to the games developed by id Software, has been canceled . The reason for this decision is, of course, the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic and the care for health of all participants of this event - from fans, through employees of both companies, to exhibitors and sponsors. This is all the sadder because this year QuakeCon is celebrating its 25 birthday. Nevertheless, the developers and the publisher intend to find another way to celebrate the anniversary in August, and the event itself is expected to return next year.
