People Can Fly on Its 5 Unannounced Games

Polish studio People Can Fly has updated information about its upcoming projects and shared its financial results.

Of Outriders fame Polish studio People Can Fly released a new financial report. Its most interesting part is the section with updated information about all the projects the team is working on.

In addition to further development of Outriders, including the upcoming Worldslayer expansion, People Can Fly has plans for five new projects.

Gemini

A high-budget game funded by Square Enix, which will own the rights to the brand. Set for release in 2024.

Dagger

This project will be published by Take-Two Interactive. It is a high-budget action RPG that is expected to target a wide audience.

The production costs will be 40-60 million euros. The release is planned for 2024.

Bifrost

This game has no scheduled release date. It is a production funded by People Can Fly itself and the studio will also be its publisher.

A project in the early concept stage.

RED

People Can Fly's development strategy

The company wants to remain independent. It intends to bet expansion in the AAA segment, cooperating with many publishers, but also wants to invest in projects, which will be released independently.

People Can Fly's ambition is to become one of the world's leading developers in the high-budget action game category. It also plans to continue using Unreal engine.

Recently, the employment in the company has increased significantly - currently 495 people work in studio's various departments, while a year ago there were 281 employees.

People Can Fly's financial results

Finally, it is worth mentioning the company's financial results for fiscal year 2021.

  1. Revenues amounted to 180.3 million PLN (around $40M), when a year earlier it was 103.8 million PLN ($23M).
  2. Net profit amounted to 61.4 million ($14.3M), when in 2020 it was 24.6 million ($5.5M).
