Palworld is a third-person perspective game with RPG elements. What attracts the most attention are the Pals, the creatures that you catch and they help you in various tasks. You can see a lot of inspiration here from the Pokemon series (maybe even too much, according to Nintendo), but Palworld still has an original idea for itself. The title is constantly being developed with new updates, and one of these, announced for 2025, has made fans very happy. We are talking about a crossover with another acclaimed, popular production – Terraria!
New Update and Palworld x Terraria Crossover
Even though 2024 is coming to an end this is not stopping Palworld developers from adding another update to their game. Unfortunately, we don't know the details yet, although we do know that it will appear by the end of this week. And that's not the end of the positive news!
A big surprise for Palworld fans was the announcement of a collaboration with another acclaimed production, Terraria. This news appeared on the Pocketpair's official Discord server. The only certain piece of information is that an update featuring Terraria will arrive at the earliest in 2025. Unfortunately, no specific date has been given at this point.
The developers of Palworld will share what will be added through this partnership in the near future. At this moment, we can only guess what this update might bring to the game. Based on the fact that Terraria has already appeared in several other productions, such as Don't Starve Together and Stardew Valley, we can conclude that some new items will be added to the game. Perhaps even some enemies from there will appear in the form of Pals.
The crossovers themselves have also been growing in popularity recently. Not long ago, Stellar Blade released DLC in collaboration with NieR: Automata and Vampire Survivors received a Castlevania-related content. Let's hope for more of these, as not only developers but also players will benefit!
