New Rumor Suggests GTA 6 Will Offer Female Protagonist
According to unconfirmed reports from insider Tom Henderson, we'll be able to play as a man and a woman in Grand Theft Auto 6.

Renowned industry insider and CEO of Viral Junkie - Tom Henderson - stated on Twitter that the sixth installment of the iconic Grand Theft Auto series will get both a male protagonist and a female protagonist. If this information is confirmed, this will be the first part of the series in which we will be able to play as a woman.
We do not know whether Henderson meant that the game will offer several playable characters - as, for example, in GTA 5 - or we will get the opportunity to choose the gender of the protagonist (such an option is has been featured for some time in games from the Assassin's Creed series). The latter scenario would undoubtedly be a big change for the GTA series.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time that there are rumors about a female protagonist in GTA 6 - we already had similar information back in August 2017. It should also be noted that Henderson did not support his reports with any details and did not provide what they are based on - so for now it is fair to treat them as rumors.
