New Diablo 4 Patch to Make Getting Uberuniques Easier
Patch 1.3.2 is coming soon to Diablo 4, and with it the option to manufacture uber-uniques. As long as we already have several such items in our collection.
Another update to Diablo 4 with fixes for the Season of Constructs is coming. Tomorrow, Blizzard Entertainment will release a new patch that will fix bugs plaguing players in the third season of the game.
Although the lion's share of changes are simply bug fixes, patch 1.3.2 also introduces an important novelty. Players will finally be able to produce ultra-unique items themselves.
So far, the game has given a chance to acquire this type of equipment after defeating enemies at least at 85th level and - since the 1.2.0 update - for killing Uber Duriel. However, none of these actions guarantee obtaining a unique item. Defeating a stronger incarnation of Duriel yields a 2% chance, and that's still more than in the case of the first method.
That's why players appreciated the announcement of adding the option to craft new items of this rank, although they didn't necessarily like the way the creators implemented this mechanic. For it will be necessary to break down the acquired uber-unique items into dazzling sparks, which alchemists then transmute into new uber-unique equipment.
The option itself pleased fans (via Reddit), as did the increased chance of "dropping" Uberunique items outside of the fight with Uber Duriel. However, Internet users have one reservation: such a transmutation will require five dazzling sparks. Some players think that it's too much, because some of them have no more than 3 items of this type. As a result, this option may in fact be useless for many people.
It should be noted that Blizzard's post does not specify how many dazzling sparks we will receive after breaking the uber message. Perhaps, as pessimistic players suspect, it will be just one spark, but it is possible that we will gain 2 or 3 pieces, or even more - although that is rather extreme optimism.
This brings up the issue of increased chances of acquiring uber uniques without fighting Duriel. We also do not know the details here. If Blizzard doesn't limit itself to a symbolic change, the new transmutation (which will replace the "Upgrade resources" option for alchemists) may prove useful for a significant portion of players.
We'll have to wait for specifics until tomorrow, when patch 1.3.2 will hit the Diablo 4 servers and players will test the changes.
