Netflix Aims for Magic of Christmas in New Trailer of The Witcher
While waiting for the second season of The Witcher, Netflix does not stop advertising the show. On the occasion of the upcoming winter holidays, a trailer spiced up with Holiday elements was made available.
The Witcher series turned out to be a great success for Netflix and continues to be advertised by the company. It did not miss the opportunity and published a trailer "sprinkled" with various Holiday decorations, snow and atmospheric music. You can judge the effect yourself, but - attention, spoiler - don't expect any fireworks:
The Holiday trailer of The Witcher from Netflix consists mainly of scenes from the first season. However, a vigilant fan noticed in it a shot with a Nilfgaardian soldier, probably from the second season (despite the old armor, now planned for an "upgrade"), the work on which is being prolonged by the coronavirus and the related suspention of works.
The Witcher has been available exclusively on Netflix since December 20, 2019. The second season will probably debut in the second half of 2021, but the release date has not yet been disclosed. It should be kept in mind that due to the coronavirus pandemic a delay may occur.
