Surprise, Marvel's Midnight Suns Will Launch This Year After All
During the D23 Expo 2022, we got quite a bit of information regarding upcoming Disney games. One of them is a new release date for tactical RPG Marvel's Midnight Suns; surprisingly, this is good news - at least for owners of some platforms.
During yesterday's Disney show D23 Expo a number of upcoming games were unveiled, including Marvel's Midnight Suns. This tactical RPG with famous superheroes did not disappoint this time. The devs revealed new release date for the game and it brings joy - although not necessarily to all gamers.
Marvel's Midnight Suns is scheduled for release on December 2, this year. However, on that day, the game will not be available to owners of last-gen consoles - the game's release on PS4 and Xbox One, as well as Nintendo Switch is expected later. When exactly? This we do not know, although some time ago the developers claimed, that the game will be released this fiscal year (no later than March 31, 2023).

Recall that we have been informed more than once in the past about the game being delayed. Originally Marvel's Midnight Suns was supposed to be released this March. Then the release was planned for October 7, and with the latest delay, no new date was provided. The delays were caused by the need for major changes (due to mixed player reception), but the fact that the game will not be ready for last-ge consoles in December may indicate possible complications with the porting (especially Switch is sometimes problematic).
