The "Insomnia" event on GOG has ended, but the summer sale will continue for one more week - until July 3 at 3 p.m. CET. In total, more than 5,400 items have been discounted, so for obvious reasons there will be some interesting positions among them.

One of them is Mad Max. The work of Avalanche Studios - devs of the Just Cause series (not to be confused with Avalanche Software, creators of Hogwarts Legacy) is almost eight years old, so graphically it has aged quite a bit. However, it still impresses with its atmosphere, strongly associated with the movie originals. Even the rather mediocre storyline does not prevent us from enjoying it.

As part of the summer sale on GOG, the price of this title has been reduced by 75%. Admittedly, this will not be historically the cheapest purchase, but it will certainly be worthwhile. You can make it by clicking on the button below.

For encouragement, I will add that Mad Max is highly acclaimed by gamers on Steam. Of the nearly 68,500 reviews it has received, positive ones account for as much as 91%. In addition to the atmosphere - and often the storyline - the community praises, among other things, the "batman-like" melee combat system, the driving model and the immersive exploration.
