Life is Strange: Remastered Collection Delayed

Life is Strange: Remastered Collection will not be released in September. Nor this year, because the developers have significantly delayed the debut of the set.

September was supposed to bring with it not only the debut of a new game in the Life is Strange series, but also the launch of the refreshed collection, containing the first part and its prequel, Before the Storm. Unfortunately, the creators have decided to to postpone the release of the Remastered Collection from September 30 to the beginning of 2022. As a consolation, on the last day of September we will get an expansion to True Colors with the subtitle Wavelengths, which we'll see tomorrow in a new trailer.

The reason for the delay is supposed to be the still ongoing problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic. As we read in the announcement, it was decided to extend the gap between releases True Colors and Remastered Collection in order not to put additional pressure on the team responsible for the development of Life is Strange.
