Formula 1 in the world of LEGO is absolutely nothing new. There are plenty of sets of these Danish blocks on the market that allow you to create models of popular racing cars, both more contemporary ones like the 2023 McLaren or Mercedes-AMG F1 W14, and historical ones in the style of the iconic McLaren MP4/4. It seems that they are really popular, as LEGO and Formula 1 have decided to fully cooperate. An announcement regarding this appeared a few hours ago.

New models

According to the press release, new LEGO sets will be available on the market, allowing the construction of cars from all ten teams known from the grid. There will be products for the youngest from the LEGO Duplo series as well as models designed for slightly older block enthusiasts, including adult F1 fans.

Attractions during the races

However, this is just the beginning. Starting from the 2025 season, there will be a special LEGO zone for fans at every Formula 1 race. It will offer numerous interactive activities designed to make the world of innovation, technology, and engineering in F1 more accessible through enjoyable experiences.

Furthermore, there will be options to recreate exciting moments from the rich 75-year history of the world's most famous racing series using blocks. There will also be an opportunity to take the driver's seat and experience what the competitors feel, "in a completely new way."

At the moment, there is no further information available. However, a special counter has appeared on the official LEGO website, which suggests that the first attractions will appear in less than 63 days. We should therefore expect more information soon.

4 million children

The rulers of Formula 1 boast that in the USA and Great Britain alone, over 4 million children aged 8-12 actively follow the queen of motorsport. There is a very high probability that the cooperation with LEGO will significantly increase this number.
