Legendary Living World Season 1 Returns to Guild Wars 2

The first episode of Living World Season 1 in Guild Wars 2 has become playable again, 9 years after its original debut. This enables new and returning players to relive the events of Scarlet's War.

Guild Wars 2 once again hosts the first episode of Living World Season 1. It is called Flame and Frost and was originally available in 2013. With it, you will experience both new and returning rewards and achievements.

Episodes of Living World Season 1 will become free DLCs for the base game and will be made available to all players permanently.

Flame and Frost

As of yesterday, Flame and Frost is available for the first time since its debut in 2013. As new episodes of Living World were released, they pushed the story of the world forward, while at the same time blocking access to previous chapters.

Until now, new players have only been able to experience the events of season 1 - entitled Scarlet's War - through archival video footage. Now they can experience it for themselves.
