Kingdom Come: Deliverance pushed back to 2017
Kingdom Come: Deliverance will not be out this year after all. The realistic Medieval RPG from Warhorse has been postponed to 2017.
Looks like we won’t get to play Kingdom Come: Deliverance this year after all. Unless, of course, you are a beta-tester who backed the project on Kickstarter or pre-purchased the game for $50 from the official website. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the final release a bit longer, because the realistic Medieval RPG has been pushed back to 2017, confirmed Warhorse spokesman to WCCFtech. No reasons were given for this yet another delay, but let’s not jump to conclusions and stay positive, shall we? After all, the vision that Warhorse span about their project was really ambitious and apparently needs more time to be realized than the developers initially expected.
The last time we heard of a delay of Kingdom Come: Deliverance was in March, when Warhorse said that the game’s publisher wanted to release it for all platforms – PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One – simultaneously, and wouldn’t make it in summer, but should be out in late 2016. Before that the game was postponed from Q4 2015 to 2016. Let’s hope today’s delay is the last one we are writing about.
Not so long ago the Warhorse Community Manager promised (at Kingdom Come: Deliverance forum) that they will have an official release date soon. We’re thinking E3 2016.
