Just Cause Spin-off Launches Next Year
Square Enix has announced a mobile spin-off to Just Cause. The game will launch in 2021 and will be available for free on Android and iOS devices.

At this year's The Game Awards, which took place yesterday, Square Enix announced a spin-off to the Just Cause series. The game will be coming to mobile devices with Android and iOS and will be available for free.The players will be play as a member of the Firebrand program, choose a story campaign, and have the opportunity to face others in online mode or try their hand at co-op missions. The trailer of Just Cause: Mobile, with actual gameplay footage, is available below. The game will be launched in 2021.
In online mode, the players will be divided into three 10-person teams and will compete to capture the designated locations. The co-op missions will challenge 4-person team with hordes of enemies. Additionally, there will be a challenge mode, in which the players will take on a variety of different tasks for points. The Developers have indicated that this is spin-off of the main series and does not mean that they are currently working only on it.
